Hey everyone, sorry for abother beauty subscription service post so soon after the last one but I wanted to express some general outrage at the way GB have been treating us recently. Yesterday the May sub fee was charged when I have NOT even received the April box. This happens all the time now, the box doesn’t even arrive until the following month.
Every single month there seems to be an issue / delay & as it’s been extensively complained about all over the blogosphere – GB do not actually adhere or even read the beauty profile we’re told to fill out so the boxes aren’t even customized and people frequently get products that are completely useless to them.
It’s seriously time for them to clean up the customer service & deal with the shipping delays to Ireland.
